Free online registration for visitor buyers closes on 24 June, at 11:59 PM BST.
For visitor suppliers, pre-registration closes on Tuesday 24 June at 11:59PM BST. Until then, tickets are priced at £850 +VAT.
All onsite registrations will be charged at the ticket price of £999 +VAT.
Registrations are valid for both days of the event and are non-transferable.

*Exhibitors can arrive from 08:00, and hosted buyers from 09:00.

Don't forget: There will be no printed show guides this year. All the onsite show information you need will be available in the show app and we recommend you download this in advance by searching for The Meetings Show in your app store - use your registration details to log in.

At The Meetings Show, every hour feels like happy hour – and 2025 is no different! With a range of networking events from The Kitchen Disco and on-stand drinks receptions to multiple prize draws, we’ve got something for everyone.
Step away from work, share a laugh, and build lasting relationships at a range of engaging networking events.

Whilst we don't have an official dress code we suggest business casual - dress as you feel comfortable.
Wear comfy shoes
You’ll also do a surprising amount of walking at The Meetings Show. Between leaving your accommodation, walking between sessions and attending networking events, you may well be on your feet all day. Make sure you wear shoes which are comfortable and won't cause you pain.
Don't forget your business cards
You’re at The Meetings Show to learn AND network, so challenge yourself to connect with at least three new people every day.
Stay hydrated
Whilst at the show it's important that you take some time to rest and remember to stay hydrated. You'll find plenty of seating areas inside the show as well as locations to top up your water bottle throughout the day.
Excel London has free, fast WiFi which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to '_Excel FREE Wi-Fi' using the standard log in, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or X.
For exhibitors requiring wifi, please refer to your exhibitor zone for more information.
Within Excel you'll find over 20 on-site food and drink options (please note that Excel is a cash-free venue and all eateries are card only).
If you prefer to, you can of course bring your own lunch with you.
Please also remember to bring your water bottle - there are water fountains at Excel, where you can refill. All the catering outlets will fill up any reusable water bottles with tap water free of charge and we encourage you to bring a reusable coffee cup as well.
As part of our sustainability promise, we will not be providing a show guide at the event. Please use the show app and event platform to plan your time at the show (view the floorplan, exhibitors, education programme, and more). The event app is now available for download from Apple and Android stores - click here to download.
There will also be large maps at the entrance to the show.
There are two Note ATMs near the west entrance of the venue by Costa and Panini Pronto, and another Note ATM in the centre of the boulevard between entrances S6 and N6. There is a Barclays and a Note ATM located on level 0 between N4 and S4. Should the in-venue ATMs run out of cash, there is also an ATM nearby at the Tesco Express.
As a business trade-only event, under 18s are not permitted into the show.

There are two cloakrooms available for use at Excel London. One cloakroom is in the west end of the venue on level 0 by N4/S4 and one is in the east end on level 0.
The fee is £1 per item for coats and luggage - please be aware Excel London cannot store cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices.
For hosted buyers, please note that there is a complimentary cloakroom for you to use within the hosted buyer lounge (Stand C92).
