Hampton Wafre Cottage has been converted from a 17th century stone barn. The detached cottage has its own private enclosed garden and is located half a mile up a private drive on a working arable farm.

Step inside the front door of this charming double fronted cottage, through the oak framed porch into a delightful open-plan living space featuring exposed beams, stone floors warmed underfoot; and dual aspect windows, allowing the light to flood in. The kitchen space enjoys contemporary granite tops and shaker style units, along with a dining area for four. Through into the sitting room, the wood burning stove is the focal point of the room, which can be enjoyed whilst cosying up on the leather sofas. The stairs lead up to two bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which is a four-poster. The family bathroom has a separate shower along with a stylish roll-top bath for unwinding after a day's exploration of this beautiful rural haven.

Outside, the private and enclosed garden provides a peaceful spot to enjoy the warmer months; and garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to enjoy some alfresco dining, making the most of the abundance of delicious fresh local produce widely available in the area.

This delightful cottage enjoys a rural location offering country walks with stunning unspoilt views, indigenous wildlife and carp fishing exclusive to the cottage (please bring your own fishing tackle) on a peaceful, idyllically situated lake. In the surrounding areas and for the sports enthusiasts there are a host of fantastic walks, cycling routes, fishing, and horse riding facilities to keep everyone entertained. The nearest town, Leominster, which has a railway station, is 10 minutes away while also boasting an array of excellent shopping facilities.
