We’ve lived through some extraordinary times, and we all need to pay attention to how we’re actually feeling. HeadFest ’22 is an attempt to bring all the useful tools together into one place, and to give access to services and people that you may have to wait weeks or months to see. Take some time with us to think about the real answer to the question “how are you?”

Presented in collaboration with BBC Radio Northampton to present a weeklong festival of talks, workshops, films and comedy promoting positive mental health and wellbeing. HeadFest ’22 – How Are You? will take place here at the theatre and in our Filmhouse, from Monday 9 to Sunday 15 May.
