We are a specialist London-based tea company that offers a variety of tea blends, including loose-leaf, teabags and a Chai Syrup.

We provide employment to refugees, giving them local work experience and job readiness skills to enter the UK workforce and integrate into broader society.

All of our teabags are plastic-free, our packaging is biodegradable and our teas are Organic-certified.

English Breakfast

A deliciously robust and full-bodied English Breakfast blend that takes traditional black tea to new heights. This malty leaf tea comes from the Monte Metilile plantation in Mozambique.

Spicy Chai

Fab balance of finest-quality loose whole leaf black tea and exotically flavoursome, traditionally grown Indian spices including cardamom, cinnamon, peppercorn, cloves and ginger.

Green Tea

A delicate steamed green tea with a mild taste and attractive softness. We source our teas from the Nilgiri hills of Southern India known for its superior aroma and spice.

EMPLOYMENT FOR REFUGEES — we believe that everyone in the UK, regardless of whether they are refugees or economic migrants, should get the same chance as all citizens for a decent quality of life and the opportunity to contribute to society and its development.

FAIRTRADE MOVEMENT — often those who grow and pick your tea don’t earn enough to feed their families, let alone plan for the future. As a Fairtrade-certified organisation, we buy our tea on fair terms. Our farmers and workers benefit from improved working conditions, training in how to improve the way they farm and manage their environment, and the opportunity to improve healthcare and education in their communities.

ORGANIC LIVING — organic is a system of farming and food production that aims to produce sufficient quantities of high-quality food. As an Organic-certified tea supplier, we ensure that the tea you buy has been made in a way that is better for people, animals and wildlife, and respects the natural environment.

BIODEGRADABLE TEA BAGS — our pyramid tea bags are fully biodegradable, as they are made of a Polylactic Acid (PLA) mesh filter derived from 100% non-GMO sugarcane. The bags are joined at the seams ultrasonically, without the use of heat. Even the string and labels are both attached using ultrasound rather than glue!

PLASTIC-FREE PACKAGING — both our teabags and loose-leaf tea are packed in a material called NatureFlex™. It uses films that are based strongly on renewable resources. NatureFlex™ films are based on cellulose. Cellulose is one of the most naturally abundant organic materials and comes from renewable wood pulp, typically sourced from hardwood species such as eucalyptus. Proven to be suitable for home composting, they are also marine degradable.
