We are happy to share that the #construction of our first projects in Serbia started. ‏Nofar energy as of today completed the construction of 956 MWh of #Energy Storage projects and 1,011 MW of #PV projects in 9 different countries

Today, we pay our deepest respects to those who selflessly gave their all for Israel. On the eve of #YomHaZikaron, we at Nofar decided to honor the fallen through a project #Tasteofmemories. This project aims to perpetuate their memory through preparing recipes they loved and the personal stories behind them. We will unite in solidarity, appreciation, and remembrance as we acknowledge their enduring legacy and commit to uphold the principles they bravely defended. Let us pray for the well-being of our soldiers and security forces and for the safe return home of the hostages.

For the second consecutive year, Nofar proudly hosted "זיכרון בסלון - Zikaron BaSalon" in our offices, where the courageous stories of two Holocaust survivors echoed through our halls. Their resilience serves as an unwavering beacon, reminding us never to forget the atrocities of the past. In a world filled with turmoil, their tales ignite a flame of hope, urging us to embrace compassion, understanding, and empathy as guiding principles. This year, our commitment to Honor the memories of the victims and survivors burns brighter than ever before. We are happy and proud of the construction of our Iepurești 169 MW and Ghimpati 146 MW projects together with CJR Renewables.   Our Romanian platform includes 798 MW of projects connected and under construction and we're happy to sustain the #renewable sector in Romania.

Project Update! Nofar, through its subsidiary Atlantic Green, is thrilled to announce the #energizing of our 30MW \ 60 MWh Buxton Battery Energy Storage System (#BESS) in Stoke-on-Trent, UK! The Project achieved #energization on the 11th of April 2024 for the first part of the Project. The #BESS will have in total a 30MW connection and c. 60MWh capacity. Buxton #BESS is primed to sustain power output for up to two hours during peak energy demand periods, ensuring grid stability and energy security, and supporting the local and national ambitions to reduce climate change. Project financed by Goldman Sachs for £16.5 million, with Goldman Sachs awarded as the optimizer, our Buxton project proudly stands as one of Nofar's flagship #storage endeavors, both in the UK and globally. This #energization signifies just the start of a series of #BESS projects totaling over 1GWh currently in our development pipeline. Included in this lineup are the Cellarhead #BESS, boasting 624 MWh capacity, and Project T, with an approximate capacity of 270 MWh. We're excited to introduce Gimpati, a 146MW #Utility Scale Project, a key player in our growing Romanian portfolio. Situated in Ghimpati & Bulbucata, this project marks a significant step forward in our mission for sustainable energy solutions. With CJR and Energobit at the helm, overseeing construction and infrastructure, respectively, Gimpati represents our ongoing efforts to positively impact the environment. Our Romanian platform is constantly growing, boasting a total capacity of 798 MW across various stages of development. From projects connected, ready to be connected, under construction, and in the pre-construction phase, each brings us closer to our sustainability goals.   In addition, we're pleased to share our pipeline of #storage projects totaling 320 MWh, highlighting our commitment to innovation and sustainability in the #energy sector. Energy storage plays a vital role in Europe's evolving energy security infrastructure! A recent report from the European Market Monitor on Energy Storage (EMMES) emphasizes the critical importance of battery storage in shaping the continent's future energy security. In 2023 alone, approximately 10 GWh of storage capacity was installed in #Europe, marking a remarkable growth of over 100% compared to 2022. Nofar takes pride in leading the storage market which is characterized by high profitability, with a portfolio of 7,500 MWh of which includes 956 MWh of utility-scale storage projects currently in construction and pre-construction phases across the UK, Germany, Italy, US, Israel, Greece, Romania, and Poland. Additionally, we're thrilled to contribute to this essential #energy solution with 135 MWh of connected battery assets.

Exciting news! Nofar hosted its annual report conference call, unveiling its ongoing advancements in alignment with our multi-year work plan. We're thrilled to announce that we completed construction of 1.1 GW, generating revenues of around 728 million₪  and 445 million ₪ FFO, with successful financial closures of about 1.5 billion ₪.
