Atlantic Green is our very successful energy storage platform in the UK, in partnership with Interland, and is one of the nation's leading #energystorage companies. Atlantic Green has finished the construction of its first project, Buxton (60MWh), on Schedule and as planned. The leading investment bank, Goldman Sachs, secured the project finance. Buxton is the first project out of a total capacity of over 1GWh that Atlantic Green is leading, including Cellarhead, the largest standalone energy storage project in the #UK, with a capacity of 300MW \ 698 MWh. Atlantic Green, leveraging its unique local expertise in energy storage, continues to thrive in projects with high #profitability. The company is well-positioned to take advantage of the significant #growth expected in the market over the next decade.

Welcome on board ING! Interland has just completed a successful Є45,500,000 debt refinancing with ING of a portfolio of hotel assets in Netherlands and Belgium. The debt facility significantly reduces the portfolio's cost of debt, whilst allowing the group to strengthen its balance sheet and release equity to facilitate the growth of its Via Hostels brand. During 2023, Interland re-capitalised c. £145,000,000 of debt through portfolio funding facilities. Interland is delighted to announce the successful completion of a £38,900,000 loan, with a prominent Swiss Bank, for the refinancing of a UK portfolio of commercial assets. This debt facility follows on from a, separate, £66,400,000 debt facility secured earlier this year with Secure Trust Bank for the refinancing of a portfolio of residential assets within Greater London. Both facilities form part of Interland’s strategy to re-capitalise its debt via structured portfolio funding; thereby allowing the Group to significantly reduce its cost of debt and achieve the flexibility required to balance market volatility against the Group’s long-term operational needs.
