Injury Claims

The team handles claims for injured cyclists having for several years exclusively provided legal support to injured members of British Cycling and the British Triathlon Federation. Senior associate solicitor Rachel Botterill is an experienced cycle injury lawyer, including for cyclists who have suffered brain and spinal injuries. Senior associates William Broadbent and Jane Bedford also specialise in representing injured cyclists.

Partner Clare Campbell handles cases on behalf of clients who have been injured or contracted illnesses whilst on holiday. Partner Colin Murphy specialises in international travel litigation and associate Caitlin Dunn is also a member of the travel team.
