Thanks to more than 30 years’ experience in the catering world of Andrea’s family, the careful search for local products allows the dishes of memory to be enhanced and produce a menu as genuine and authentic as the Courmayeur ski slopes. Among the specialities are fondue, polenta and game, platters of potato fritters and boudin, chestnut fritters, lard, honey, raw mountain ham and three-flour lasagne with Savoy cabbage and sausage.
