This year, several of our key Fivetran partners have taken notice of our product synergies and collaborative efforts, as we’ve been awarded Partner of the Year by Google Cloud, Snowflake and Databricks. This recognition from three leading data destination providers speaks to Fivetran being the de facto data movement leader in the industry. Fivetran powers reliable data movement from hundreds of sources into the likes of BigQuery, Snowflake and Databricks, so that together, we can help our joint customers realize successful data projects that deliver more impactful business value, faster.

We are thrilled to be honored by so many of our distinguished technology partners. And we wanted to share with you what has made Fivetran such a great partner. So, here’s a brief look at how Fivetran has continued to demonstrate innovation and collaboration to support our partners this past year.

1. Google Cloud Technology Partner of the Year 

Fivetran is humbled to be granted the highest of accolades among the entirety of the Google Cloud technology partner ecosystem. We were awarded this honor for our enhancement of the user experience for Google Cloud customers by offering multiple integrations with Google Cloud. Customers can now purchase and launch Fivetran data connectors and our data integration solution from within the Google Cloud Marketplace. 

In addition, Fivetran acquired HVR in October 2021. This acquisition has allowed us to provide Google Cloud customers with reliable SAP database replication as part of our efforts with Google Cloud Cortex Framework. 

These combined investments and product advances have helped joint customers easily move data into BigQuery through our secure and reliable data pipeline managed service. Fivetran also contributes to optimizing BigQuery at scale, helping customers make more informed business decisions.

2. Snowflake Data Integration Partner of the Year

Building on our status as a Snowflake Elite Partner, Fivetran was recognized as the Snowflake Data Integration Partner of the Year — our fourth Snowflake Technology Partner of the Year award — due to our demonstrated innovation of Snowflake data integrations, which have resulted in increased joint customer benefits. 

Fivetran was also recognized with 10 Snowflake Partner Network (SPN) industry competency badges, which are Snowflake's newest way of recognizing partners that have demonstrated an extensive track record of customer successes within a given industry. Fivetran badges include: retail and CPG, financial services, manufacturing, technology, healthcare & life sciences, media, construction & real estate, travel & hospitality, consulting & professional services, and education.

As evidence of the rapidly expanding Fivetran-Snowflake partnership, more than 60 percent of joint customers are syncing databases. This represents over an 80 percent YoY increase from 2021. Snowflake and Fivetran have over 2,000+ joint customers, including JetBlue, WeWork, DocuSign, Square and Autodesk — and we’re still growing!

3. Databricks Data Ingestion Partner of the Year 

Databricks, the data and AI company and pioneer of the data lakehouse paradigm, awarded Fivetran its Data Ingestion Partner of the Year — our third accolade from the team — thanks to our expanded product availability and enhancements that make it faster, easier and more secure to unify a high volume of data on a single lakehouse.

Coming this summer, our high-volume data replication managed service will also be made native for Databricks on Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud. This service will give joint customers a real-time, high-performance and low-impact method of replicating data from sources such as Oracle, SQL Server and SAP.
