Our successful approach is underpinned by four key principles: climate conscious architecture, creative collaboration, design support services and technical knowledge.
Climate Conscious Architecture:
With climate change high on all our agendas, we consider the environmental impact of our work very carefully and continuously strive to reduce carbon emissions through research, learning and training.
Creative Collaboration:
Our approach is holistic, we consider people, design and place, creating new spaces and places to create viability for our clients and to delight the people who use them. Our process includes whole practice design charettes.
Design Support Services:
Our design support services are to help mitigate risk through informed design, maintenance and management advice. We provide CDM, principal designer, client advisor and services relating to the new Building Safety Act.
Technical Design:
We maintain the design intent throughout. An open culture ensures practice wide design and technical knowledge is shared and discussed. We keep up-to-date with training frequently reviewed and implemented.
We are looking for Part 1 & Part 2 graduates to join our team work on exciting large-scale regeneration projects. We provide active support and mentoring through the next steps in your career including sponsorship through apprenticeships and Part 3 examinations.

RM_A is a friendly creative practice where everyone is a valued member of the team, based in a bright inclusive studio in Camden.
We enjoy creating good architecture and want others to enjoy the fruits of that creativity.
Our underlying ethos is that the art of architecture is continually learned, and our commitment is to both design and build great buildings. Where these processes are entwined, we have an enduring desire to review, improve and optimise every aspect of design, from masterplanning at an urban scale to the detail and materiality of our buildings.
