To celebrate our 25th anniversary in 2022, Greenham Trust is holding five “£25k in a Day” fundraising events.

Five local charitable organisations will have the opportunity to raise an amazing £25,000 in matched funding in one day for donations made through our on-line funding platform, thegoodexchange.com.

There will be five separate “£25k in a Day” dates in 2022.  On each date one lucky applicant will be selected to raise £5,000 through donations and fundraising activities, to be matched at the rate of £5 for every £1 by Greenham Trust, making a potential total, including gift aid, of £31,250 possible.

Four events have already taken place:

• Age Concern Newbury & District (Fair Close Centre) successfully raised £30,759 to replace their obsolete boilers at Fair Close Centre
• Newbury Riding for the Disabled raised £39,701 to create an outdoor arena at their stables in Hampstead Norreys.
• 1st Wash Common Scout Group raised £31,700 towards the fit-out and exterior development of their new scout hut.
• Parenting Special Children raised £30,339 to provide a trauma service in West Berkshire.
