Overview
“It would be great if you could become more interested in Wagashi.” Beautiful Wagashi are created by artisans who have been trained for decades. In this activity, you will take a closer look at the skills of the wagashi professionals and make three wagashi including nerikiri and daifuku with the instruction.
Wagashi is completed when it is enjoyed by the customer. You will enjoy the harmony of your handmade wagashi and Shizuoka green tea.
The artisan Kiyoshi Oishi will show you how wonderful wagashi is.
