Orders are usually fulfilled on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am – 2pm. Items are dispatched by second class post and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Gift vouchers are physical items (not e-vouchers) and any purchased from today’s date currently expire on 30th November 2024. Our High Down and Cardiff restaurants are closed so you will be unable to redeem your gift vouchers in those locations.
